Symptoms

When bank is doing account activity from view statement , If no records are available then they are facing error like "System can not process the request"

In back end bank is getting below error-:

STEPS

1. Log in through any retail\corporate user
2. Go to view statement
3. If there is no records are available then it is giving error like "System can not process the request."
