Error "System Cannot Process the Request Currently" When Validating the Customer ID in Admin with ORA-01017 and ORA-02063 in logs (Doc ID 2506093.1)

When attempting to validate a particular customer id, the following error is shown on the screen -
"The System Cannot process the request currently, Please try accessing the system later"


Error observed in Logs -

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Admin screen and navigate to Customer Management
2. Try to validate a customer while creating Customer Profile and the above error appears.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the bank administrators cannot create the customer profile.
Error during Customer Profile Creation


Environment Change - There is a Password change for UBS schema which has caused this issue.
