Cutoff Not Defined For The Transaction on Mobile Application Channel and User is Still Getting Warning Message as "Your request will be scheduled for XX/XX/XXXX as service window is over " (Doc ID 2506538.1)

Symptoms

Even though the cutoff is not defined for the transaction for mobile application channel for user type, user is getting warning message  as "Your request will be scheduled for XX/XX/XXXX as service window is over " on confirmation screen in mobile application.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login into Mobile application User and initiate any payment transaction say 'Own Account Transfer'.
2. Make sure that the cutoff is not defined for the transaction for mobile application channel (43) and User type. 
3. Upon successful completion of transaction,on confirmation screen getting error message "Your request will be scheduled
for <xx/xx/xxxx> as service window is over GMT <timezone>)"

The issue has the following business impact:
This issue confuses the customer whether the transaction is completed or not.If cutoff is not defined for the transaction then the transaction should work smoothly without any interruption or warning.
