Folio Transfer Functionality is Not Working in FCPB (Doc ID 2509770.1)

Symptoms

When customer is doing folio transfer from [Operations > Folio transfer] screen for around 3500 transactions, system is going in hang state and no processing is happening.

Changes

 There are no changes in the environment, product, account and hardware which has triggered the issue
