Symptoms

While initiating Internal transfer from SMS banking channel,if user is having joint account holder,
the following error occurs.

'YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED FOR THIS SERVICE ON THE CUSTOMER / ACCOUNT SPECIFIED.
PLEASE RESEND REQUEST WITH CORRECT INFORMATION OR CONTACT BANK FOR FURTHER
INFORMATION'


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate 'Internal Funds transfer' from SMS banking
2. User gets the error message as mentioned above.

Due to this issue, users cannot do Internal Funds transfer using SMS banking.
