Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
1) RPTB32 Report is Not generating data for Corporate and Retail User but it is generating data for AdminUser.
2) Also Start Date and End Date is showing nothing in Report.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

RPTB32 should generate data for all the user types.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login to BI Server and generate RPTB32 report for Retail/Corp user.
2. Report is generated with no data. 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the report for corporate/retail and also from date and to date is not visible.
