Goal

User has maintained 4 charges at ARC maintenance screen IFDATMMN.
Charge 3 is zero and basis of charge 3 is charge 1.
Charge 4 is maintained with some rate and basis of charge 4 is charge 3.

At the time of saving Cheque, system is not considering the charges with 0 values and it is getting failed.
