Test Case 1:
When user saves a payment with Reduce Tenor for CL account system returns the error, Payment store failed with BULK EXCEPTION CL-POBJ-04.
User performed payment simulation in CLDSMPMT and then deleted payment simulation in CLDSMPMT.
When user is trying to perform final payment in CLDPYMNT, system returns the error CL-POBJ-04.
Test Case 2:
When user saves a payment with Reduce Tenor for cl account system returns the error, Payment store failed with BULK EXCEPTION CL-POBJ-04.
User has saved payment simulation in screen CLDSMPMT. Now user is trying to perform payment in CLDPYMNT and when user press populate due button system
fetch data from simulation already save in CLDSMPMT and at the time of save system triggers the error "Payment store failed with BULK EXCEPTION CL-POBJ-04".
