ACTUAL BEHAVIOR -:
When user tries to register SMS banking, application shows error like "The customer ID entered as part of the request is not valid, please re-send the request with a valid Customer ID"
1. Hit smsbanking url-: http://ip: manage server port/smsbanking
2. Write message for register smsbanking for the particular customerid
