1. After initiating origination request from OBDX, request goes to UBS and
response is sent back to OBDX as
INITIATED_AND_PENDING
For above UBS response, obdx sets DIGX_OR_SI_0006 this error code.

2. Following tag from request.xml not present in UBS due to which they are
not able to save contract.
