Symptoms

On : 18.2.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to perform origination for existing customer,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

System cannot process your request.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On landing page select savings
2. Select savings product
3. Select login
4. Login as existing customer
