When user tries to authorize Manual Status Change OVRD-> NORM for Loan Account system returns error "Unhandled Exception ST-OTHR-001"

Process was not present to retrieve latest data in Manual Status Change screen based on ESN number.

Due to the missing process, system was fetching more than one rows in Manual Status Change screen which was leading to Unhandled Exception.
