On edit admin rule, Workflow filed is repeated
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as admin
2. Go to toggle menu
3. Go to Approvals
4. Go to Rules management
5. select user type as admin user
6. Enter rule code
7. click on search
8. Click on rule code
9. click on edit
10. click on save
11. Duplicate entry of workflow field while editing rules management
