Missing Email content on case
user is not able to see the email from audit tab for few actions because of any one of below 2 reasons -
- Email sent for that action sequence is not available. So system is not bringing any data on UI.
- Email sent for that action sequence is containing 2 Email’s . So UI is failing as it is expecting 1 email per action. 2nd Email available for that action is the Email sent mentioned in point 1) but got this sequence id
