Issue with Allowed Special Character Field in Password Policy Maintenance (Doc ID 2521396.1)

Symptoms


PROBLEM
-----------------------

Previously entered disallowed characters appears in allowed special characters fields even after removing/replacing them in allowed special characters field of password policy maintenance.


ERROR
-----------------------
Please enter only special characters. Allowed characters are space and ! " # % & ' ( ) * + , - . / : ; < = > ? @ ^ _ ` ~

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Admin user.
2. Go to password policy maintenance.
3. In allowed special characters fields, enter characters which are not allowed
eg :- 1, a etc
Then error pop-up will be displayed - Please enter only special characters. Allowed characters are space and ! " # % & ' ( ) * + , - . / : ; < = > ? @ ^_ ` ~

4. Then remove the earlier entered disallowed characters and enter only allowed special characters like @,!,#.

5. Even after entering only special characters,  previously entered disallowed characters appears in allowed special characters fields

EXPECTED
-----------------------
The previously entered disallowed characters should not appear again as allowed.
