ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

GRANT/REVOKE CHANNEL ACCESS IS NOT COMING FOR CORP ADMIN APPROVAL


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log-in as Corporate admin maker
2. Go to user management -> Enter user name -> Search
3. Click edit icon in the Channel Access column
4. In the Channel Access field move the slider to revoke -> Confirm
5. Maintenance submitted for approval(Pending for approval)
6. Log in as Corporate admin checker
7. Grant/Revoke channel access is not coming under pending for approvals tab
