Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is no error message on registering for soft token app in case of invalid credentials.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Error message should be shown as incorrect username or Password.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch soft token application on mobile
2. Enter wrong username or password
3. Click on Register
4. Issue 1: There is no error message
5. Click on Add another user
6. Enter wrong username or password
7. Click on Add
8. Issue 2: There is no error message
