APPROVE AND REJECT BUTTONS ARE NOT RESPONDING UNDER REQUEST PROCESSING

Approve and Reject buttons are not responding under request Processing
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as admin
2. Go to Service Request - Form Builder
3. Create a form for Increase Limit
4. Log in as Retail
5. Go to toggle menu -> Service Request
6. Raise New Request
7. Select Limit -> Click on Increase Limit
8. Fill the form -> Submit -> Confirm ->OK
9. Log in as admin
10. Go to toggle menu -> Request Processing
11. Click on request name
12. Approve and Reject buttons are not responding under request Processing
