Symptoms

When attempting to set password,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Password cannot contain User personal details. Please choose a different password.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as bank admin
2. Set password policy to restrict last name for retail user
3. Do forgot password
4. Set Password
