Password policy not visible on small screens.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Password policy should be visible on all screens

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Case 1 :
1. Log in as bank admin
2. Reset password for user /create a new user
3. log in as user in mobile/ small screen desktop
4. Issue on mobile- on force change password page, click on password policy - password policy does not come
5. On small screen desktop- password policy does not show.

Case 2 :
1. Perform self registration on mobile app
2. On credentails page issue - click on password policy - password policy does not display.
