Unable To Create A New Proposal On Financial Planning Module (Doc ID 2523668.1)

Symptoms

Users are unable to create a new proposal on Financial Planning module.

Below are the replication steps :

1) Sign In into the application.

2) Go to Financial Planning module.

3) Click on 'Create/Modify Proposal'

4) Select Customer from the pop-up windows, and click on 'Next' button

Observation -> Application does not navigate to 'Demographics' Tab, instead it gives only a green color check mark on the screen, hence failing to create a new proposal.

Changes

There are no changes which triggered the issue.
