Symptoms

When attempting to add new role from role transaction mapping,
the following error occurs.

Persistence Exception Occurs


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Dashboard=>Access Policies =>Role transaction Mapping
2. Select user segment as Retail
3. Select touch point internet
4. Click on next.
