After Multiple Attachment, File Cannot Be Deleted In Saving Account Origination (Doc ID 2525646.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
File cannot be deleted in Saving account origination, after multiple attachment.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The file should be deleted successfully with no error message.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log-in as retail user in track application
2. Go to Homepage
3. select "Saving" from Choose from our range of product
4. select Apply Saving for individual resident
5. select Continue
6. select Upload Documents
7. select Attach Document
8. choose .png file
9. choose .docx file
10. delete .png file
11. delete .docx file
