Symptoms
When attempting to select any module from system rule, the following error occurs.
ERROR

Illegal character "%" at position 21 is not allowed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to Admin user
2.Go to Dashboard > System Rules
3.Select any module(Corporate,Retail,Admin), the batch request fired throws
Illegal character "%" at position 21 is not allowed.
