1) Problem Statement

Account statement request initiated by Maker shows wrong description on approval screen as Request Demand Deposit Statement instead of Account Statement.

2) Simulation Steps
- Login with maker User.
- Request account statement.
- Login with approval and on the pending for approvals tab, wrong description is shown
