HelpDesk User Can Not See Secondary Customer Accounts When Logged In As Customer (Doc ID 2526766.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
HelpDesk User can't see secondary customer accounts when logged in as customer.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Secondary accounts need to be visible in the user help desk window.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1> Create one corp user with the linked party.do party maintenance, account
access etc.
Login with corp user on the dashboard all accounts including linked customer
also visible.
2> Now login with admin user.
3> From left menu change the role as a maker.
4> Go to the User help desk.
5> Serch the created corp user with the linked party.
