KYC batch was failed with the below error in the task FN_RA_TO_CASE.
kdd_logs_msgs table shows below error.
"Error occured at stage - 220 - Error Code-6533 ORA-06533: Subscript beyond count
ORA-00001: unique constraint (OFSAAFCCM.UK_CASE_CUST_PHONS) violated"
