ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Error in bulk file decryption if sensitive data check is disabled

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to uploaded an unencrypted file if sensitive data check is disabled

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Corporate admin maker
2. Go to file upload ->user file identifier mapping
3. Map MDMC internal file identifier to corporate maker
4. Disable Sensitive data check
5. Login as Corporate maker
6. Upload MDMC internal file
7. Click on file reference id
8. File status is error
9. Issue: Error in file decryption
