Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Screen not painted when user clicks on quick access or payments from bottom navigation bar.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Launch application on mobile.
2. Login as Retail user.
3. Go to dashboard -> Notifications -> View all
4. Select payments from bottom navigation bar
issue 1: Payments screen is not painted
5. Select Quick access from bottom navigation bar
issue 2: Quick Access screen is not painted
