ATTACH DOCUMENT SIZE LIMIT ERROR IN SAVING ACCOUNT ORIGINATION

Goal
When attempting to attach document in saving account origination,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

The file size exceeds the limit allowed and cannot be saved.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as retail user in track application
2. Go to Homepage
3. select "Saving" from Choose from our range of product
4. select Apply Saving for individual resident
5. select Continue
6. select Upload Documents
7. select Attach Document
8. choose .png file sized 1.19MB
9. Save and Continue
