ISSUES IN OPENING JOINT TD ACCOUNT (Doc ID 2532743.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
1. The account relationship of joint customer is different in OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) and FLEXCUBE host.
2. Customer can't see any accounts when logs in to the system

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
1. Account relation in OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) should be same as that in FLEXCUBE host.

2. Customer should be able to see its CASA (Current And Savings)accounts and TD (Term Deposit) account .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Scenario A :

C1 and C2 customers hold joint Savings account A
C1-A SOW (Sole Ownership) , C2-A - AUS (Authorized Signatory)
1. When C2 opens joint TD account T.
2. Issue 1 - The account relationship of C1 on T is OTH (Other) in OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) but in FLEXCUBE host the relationship Customer Contact Person.
3. Issue 2- C1 can't see any accounts when logs into the system.


Scenario B:
C1 and C2 customers hold joint Savings account A
C1-A SOW (Sole Ownership) , C2-A - AUS (Authorized Signatory)
1. When C1 opens joint TD account T.
2. Issue 1 - The account relationship of C1 on T is OTH (Other) in OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) but in FLEXCUBE host the relationship is Customer Contact Person.
3. Issue 2 - C2 can't see any accounts when logs into the system.
