ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

DISAPPEARING CASE NARRATIVE AFTER LINK ALERT IN RELATIONSHIP TAB 

 

Steps: 
Open AM 
Take any Alert having Narrative, if not add a narrative for it 
Now Navigate to Enterprise Case Management. 
Pick any of the cases having Narrative if not add new narrative and Check 
results in kdd_case_narrative. 
 GoTo Relationship Tab >> Related Alerts and Link the alert 
After Successful Link of Alert,check in Narrative Tab and kdd_case_narrative 
table both Alert and Case narratives to be populated.
