Symptoms

 Weblogic console isn't getting up, issue with the Admin server.

  Below error observed in Logs :

  Internal Exception: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection
  Error Code: 17002
  Caused by: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

 

Changes

This issue may be observed when new setup is created
