APIPCS Gateway Is Not Able To Communicate With OBDX Native OAUTH (Doc ID 2535588.1)

Symptoms

When sent a valid JWT, APIPCS gives error like:

ERROR oracle.apiplatform.policies.oauth.OAuthRuntime] Error Occured in enforcing an Access Token ==>oracle.apiplatform.policies.oauth.exception.OAuthAccessTokenException: Scope Data Type is not compatible: net.minidev.json.JSONArray cannot be cast to java.lang.String

ERROR oracle.apiplatform.policies.oauth.OAuthRuntime] UnAuthorized to access the resource.Scope Data Type is not compatible: net.minidev.json.JSONArray cannot be cast to java.lang.String
