FD Not Liquidated On Maturity Date (Doc ID 2538470.1)

Fixed Deposit contract was support to mature on 7th Jan 2019, although interest got liquidated  where as principal balance kept as due. While doing the manual liquidation system were triggering the error "LD-PMT164  :- Pprincipal Liquidation amount exceeds available balance".

Clarify the reason of auto liquidation & manual liquidation failure and how to achieve the liquidation.
