Currency Maintenance From CYDRATEE is Not Saving Some Records In History Table During Propagation (Doc ID 2539769.1)

Symptoms

 

In CYDRATEE screen, user do the rate modification and after that user save and authorize the record. This screen corresponds to CYTM_RATES table and during authorization of CYDRATEE, a trigger propagates this rates of head office branch to all the branches of the bank and insert in the CYTB_RATES_HISTORY table.  However sometimes, system does not insert the records corresponding to some branches into the history table.
