ST-CUS106 Error while trying to close customer account on STDCUSAC (Doc ID 2540800.1)

While trying to close a customer account on STDCUSAC below errors are faced :

Cannot close, Account is used as settlement account for the loan. (ST-CUS106)
Failed to Close the Record (ST-SAVE-012)

However we see that the linked loan account is already closed and is in liquidated status(CLDACCNT)

How do we identify which contract is still active where the customer account is being used as an settlement account ?
