"Source and Destination Customer and Portfolio combination cannot be same." Error Occurs in Folio Transfer For Same FROM And TO CPIS. (Doc ID 2541440.1)

When doing a folio transfer from [Operations > Folio transfer] screen, in case if we select the same FROM and TO C.P. (CLIENT & PORTFOLIO COMBINATION) for folio transfer, the screen shows the error message as ‘Source and Destination Customer and Portfolio combination cannot be same.’ but then the system opens up the Authentication popup and places the Transfer Request.


 There are no changes in the environment, product, account and hardware which has triggered the issue.
