Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
1. The contents of the Spend widget are not aligned properly
2. System does not allow to split amount in the single category and save

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The alignment of spend widget should be proper.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Retail
2. Go to dashboard
3. issue 1: The contents of the Spend widget are not aligned properly
4. Go toggle menu -> PFM -> Spend -> View transaction
5. issue 2: System does not allow to split amount in the single category and save
