ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Showing incorrect time for bulk file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as corporate maker
2. Upload sdmc file
3. Log in as corporate checker
4. Approve the file under pending for approval list
5. Go to my approved list
6. Showing incorrect time of the approved file under bulk file
7. Log in as corporate maker
8. Go to activity log
9. Showing incorrect time for the uploaded file
