Manage Touch ID option is not available on security and log in screen in case of ipad and Tablet

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Manage Touch ID option should be available on security and log in screen for all channels.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch application on device
2. Log in as Retail user
3. Go to My preference -> Security and Log in
