ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Newly created roles are not coming under dashboard builder for retail user.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All roles should come under dashboard builder for retail user.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as admin
2. Go role transaction mapping
3. Create a role for retail user
4. Go to dashboard builder-> Design-> Create
5. Select retail user
6. Newly created roles are not coming under dashboard builder for retail user
