Issues Observed In Interactions Screen (Doc ID 2544580.1)

Symptoms

Below issues are when logged in from RM User. Navigate to Customer -> Interactions screen :

1) Application is showing two different 'Interactions' menu in the drop-down of 'Customer' menu, when only one 'Interactions' screen is mapped to the user.
2) Post clicking on the second 'Interactions' menu, application displays 'Subject' column twice on screen
3) When clicked on the existing saved interactions, value diaplayed in the second 'Subject*' field is 'undefined' which is not correct.
4) On accessing 'Interactions' page from Customer Dashboard Screen, application gives error "Requested page not found. Please contact administrator"
