Symptoms
When attempting to view standing instruction,
the following error occurs.

This facility is not available.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open application on device or mobile browser
2. Log in as Retail user
3. Go to payments under bottom bar
4. Click on upcoming payments
5. Click on 3 dots
6. Click on view standing instruction
