Goal

Following issues encountered after PS4:

1. The database entries for customized resources in the table DIGX_AZ_ENTITLEMENT, DIGX_AZ_ENTGROUP_ENT_MAPPING, DIGX_AZ_RESOURCE_ACTION etc has been deleted by installer.
2. All the customized services will not be available.
