Corporate Limits - Application Shows Message "Currently, no transaction limits are assigned in a package mapped" For Short Time Before Displaying The Limits (Doc ID 2545766.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBDX Limits corporate - Incorrect message displayed on Limit screen

As some time is taken to fetch the data, a message "Currently, no transaction limits are assigned in a package mapped" is displayed for 5 secs.
The message is not correct since eventually the data gets loaded.


 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Either need to change the message or load the data instantly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to corporate limit screen
2. toggle to user level limit and again to corporate level limit
3. for few seconds user can clearly see "Currently, no transaction limits are assigned in a package mapped" message, even the limit is assigned
