Symptoms
When attempting to perform 2 factor authentication,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Screen error on dual 2-factor authentication as Authentication Required.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open application on browser
2. Enable 2 factor authentication for internal transfer from admin
3. Now log in from retail user and make the transfer
4. Provide OTP on first screen and submit.
