STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Corporate admin maker
2. Go to File upload -> User File Identifier Mapping
3. Click on mapping -> Edit -> Save -> Confirm
4. Go to dashboard -> Activity Log
5. Click on that reference no
6. Party name is missing on Update User File Identifier Mapping screen
7. Log in as Corporate admin checker
8. Go to pending for approvals
9. Click on the reference no
10. Party name is missing on Update User File Identifier Mapping screen
