Can't view used cheques under Cheque Status Inquiry

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Used Cheques should be accessible under Cheque Status Inquiry

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Retail User
2. Go to Accounts -> Current and Savings
3. Cheque Status Inquiry -> Select account -> Proceed
4. Search cheque by status
5. Select status as used from drop down list
6. Select from date and to date
7. Click on submit
