BC: BC Contract Amend Of Rebate In Unauth Stage (Doc ID 2549762.1)

Goal

1) BC contract is created in final stage.
2) At the final stage contract is amended for the rebate amount. On save the contract amount and the rebate amount fields are updated correctly.
3) However, on unlock, the Rebate amount becomes blank. System should not nullify this amount.
4) Further on save with the amount input as the earlier rebate amount, the error ‘Bill Amount cannot be changed in final stage’ is shown, this should not be shown as we are unlocking and saving in the unauthorized state, where rebate amount was input.
